EMPOWER, INSPIRE, ELEVATE
Ebony Elite is a mentor platform set up to elevate and empower young women from Black, Asian and ethnic origins, that are striving to break into the TV and Film industry in the UK. Free from the formalities of corporate business but with strong established links in the industry, Ebony Elite will offer a mentorship programme to facilitate the first stages of the mentees career. We work to unite young women trying to break into the industries with young professionals already prevailing in their craft. Offering monthly one to ones with an assigned mentor, as well as quarterly network and share sessions with producers, writers, directors and many more.

WHAT WE OFFER
We are an informal platform, free of charge with monthly one to one meetings, access to job opportunities and building contacts within the industry. Every mentor is dedicating their time to share their own experiences and offer advice. Let’s work together to bridge the gap to a more diverse future in the TV, film and media industry.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In your first mentor session you will be asked to set 3 goals that you would like to achieve in the first 6- months of the programme. Ebony Elite is a non-profit organization run on a voluntary basis. Please be patient with our mentors who have taken the time to share their passion and help elevate you into the first stages of your career.
